I am usually not a huge fan of red, well at least not on me. BUT this sweater is so perfect. The fuzzy soft fabric looks great in this red-lipstick color.

Fall Fashion

A leather jacket and a fur vest is needed to survive the cold Fall weather in Sweden! I'm also wearing some biker boots!

PERFECT BROWS

Dailymakeover.com presented the five key tools to perfect brows: Tweezers, cuticle scissors, a spooly brush, brow corrector in the form of a pencil, pen or powder and a little brow mousse. Brows - nice brows - make a huge difference in appearance and style! When it is time to "fix the brows", I usually start off by brushing my brows straight up and then cut any strays that rise above the brow line. Then, I pluck any strays hairs with my tweezers. My everyday routine includes using a brow corrector product and a brow pencil to fill in any spare areas - some days, a touch of mousse to keep them in place all day might be necessary!

Topshop never fails! I want to "click home" this knitted body jumper with contrast sleeves in black and the high pigment eyeshadow trio in silver, pink and black. I really like the buildable metallic colors!

FALL COLORS

Fall might be my favorite season?! But then again, I think I say that every time a “new” season comes around. All seasons have their own place in my heart. After a fun and bright colorful summer, it is nice to see some more down-to-earth tones for the Fall. I get inspired by the nature, well maybe not here in Qatar, but the natural colors of Fall, when the trees start to change colors from green to red and yellow. It is so beautiful. I love the color of the envelope clutch from Zara, and not to mention the studs and tassels! I have been looking for a fur vest for some time now, and this Mongolian vest from Blumarine would be just perfect, well almost perfect. The price might be a bit too high at the moment! A wish for right now. More nail polish. Surprised?! OPI’s “Germany Collection” has been out since August, but it is first now that I think the colors are suitable. Perfect for Fall. Elegance with and edge; the diverse palette of colors adds another accent to the list of special touches and works perfect with leather, fur and embroidery that has been seen on the runways for Fall. These polishes are a great way to accessorize a range of looks for the season. My two favorites are “ Every Month Is Oktoberfest” – it is so luxurious looking - and “Danke-Shiny Red’s” – seductive and amazing.

Nice workout gear can inspire you to work out! I love lululemon’s workout clothes. They are not only the most comfortable clothes you will ever workout in, they are also cute and stylish!

A Little Bit of Everything

I’ve been pattern-crazy lately. Today I'm wearing pattern silk pants in navy and baby blue, red and white together with a blue and white pattern silk blouse! Matching it with high wedges and cat-eyes! I’m still practicing – getting a bit better!

Uff. I am so jealous. Love the Celine style in general, and these purses - yes! The beautiful multi-texture, the colorblocking, the leather, the shapes; it is not weird that I saw these purses the same day within a few hours. The major Celine bag trend has reached Qatar - the new It Bag!

Spring 2013 Ready-to-Wear - 3.1 Phillip Lim

Phillip Lim’s cut-up and nonlinear spring ready to wear 2013 collection is fabulous! I picked out my favorite pics from the show, and I wouldn’t mind adding some of the clothes to my closet! I love the idea of mixing and matching both fabrics, styles and patterns! Let’s not forget the patchwork denim – my oh my!

I'm in love with silver (and golden) accessories. Today, I'm wearing a silver belt like the one above. I bought mine from a store in Sweden, but I know that H&M Qatar has a lot of them!

SPA and BEAUTY day

I treated myself to a pedicure and manicure today. I usually do my own nails, but every now and then it feels luxurious and necessary to go somewhere and get them done.

EYE CANDY at Kurt Geiger

Walking into Kurt Geiger at Landmark is like walking into a candy shop! The shoes might not be exactly like the incredible Giuseppe Zanotti shoes I posted earlier today, but they have some beautiful shoes there - to a MUCH more budget friendly price. I also love these small purses. I tend to always buy big (huge) purses - more bag like - but I have started to realize that it's not a great idea b/c I put too much stuff in them and my shoulders are hurting.

It is only a week left until I arrive in cold cold Sweden, so coat shopping has been on my agenda lately. No succes so far. Army, boy-friend, fur? I am not sure which style I want.
